A small group of Bengali families settled in the Atlanta metropolitan area joined hands to form the Bengali Association of Greater Atlanta (BAGA). The founding members envisioned a community where Bengali culture, language, and tradition could be celebrated and passed down to the next generation. The school offers classes in Bengali alphabet, reading, writing, literature, songs, and cultural traditions for children of all ages and skill levels. Today Kishalay remains one of the most beloved pillars of the BAGA community.
